Went into John's sessions without much knowledge about Yoga or Kriya Yoga. I was interested and eager to dive into an inner spiritual journey.John is a great teacher who made it very clear of what he was teaching. so he only provides exactly what the client needs and ensures that the client isn't confused with the idea of yoga in the current society.I understood that and thatI had to completely surrender to his knowledge and teaching without any expectations about yoga. This was an advantage and John helped me see quite a huge change in myself in just 5 of his sessions.

I can not express how amazing my experience with Jemima was. Not only was it nice to be in a relaxing, safe space, but it was also the most beneficial massage I’ve ever had. Dealing with back pain is no joke, and Jemima is the perfect person to not only help with the physical pain but the mental and emotional stresses that come along with it. I am now a regular of Jemima’s and I’m so stoked I found her.

Undine has been a breath of fresh air for me in this season of illness. Every time I have a treatment, I feel better than before and the effect is long lasting. She is a practitioner who truly cares about her clients - I highly recommend her! I have seen her a number of times now - she sure is worth the drive from Brisbane. Thank you Undine :)

Energy healing with Hannah is: Powerful, wholesome, eye and heart-opening.The way Hannah is able to connect to your body and to your energy can induce a healing that I have never found with anyone else.After an initial chat where she will put you at ease and will empathise with whatever emotional issue you are dealing with, she will work on your energetic body and free-up the main blockages that are slowing your growth down.After the session, she will share what she has felt and will give you wholesome advices to improve the areas of your well-being that have been neglected.Thank you Hannah, every session we do reveals a deeper layer than the previous ones and they always leave me inspired.I feel blessed to have found you!

One of a kind Studio and teachers!!!I visited Om Som in May last year and was instantly taken aback by how welcoming and kind the owners and teachers were, and how amazing they are at holding space and being supportive. Not only is the studio beautifully decorated and well laid out. But the teachers and the classes are so well executed and very much in line with traditional Hatha yoga and Ayurveda and truly understand yoga! I’ve been to several studios over the years, but never signed up as a member to any of them, except for Om Som!On top of that, I also did their 200hr teacher training, and WOW! Not only was it a life changing experience, but the content that was taught was so rich and in depth. I talked to others that have done their teacher training and when I told them the content we covered, they were amazed and said they never covered that level of content in such depth. A true experience whether you go for the classes, the community, or the teacher trainings. Highly recommend!!!

Jemima is a gifted and passionate practitioner, as well as a beautiful and open personality. It's easy to feel safe in her sessions so you can pour your heart out and really get to the root of whats happening in your body. I've been working with Jemima for 18 months over zoom and in this time not only learnt to manage and reduce debilitating menstrual cramps, but Jemima's teaching of Ayurveda has empowered me to care for and sustain my body in a more consistent and nourishing way, having long lasting impact across my whole life. My only sore point is I wish I lived in the South West so I could get a massage!

I couldn’t honestly give enough stars to Alicia. She amazed me enough with her incredible healing massages first but today I had an appointment for reiki with Alicia after having received reiki in the past, and never have I felt such an intense weight lifted off my shoulders from the help and guidance she has given me. Such a beautiful soul with so much amazing energy that makes you feel so relaxed :)Thankyou again x

Where do i even begin. Having a vision on what event you want to hold and how you want to do it is one thing but having a HOST and VENUE to enable that is a GAME CHANGER. She is not only incredibly accommodating to ideas but introduces new ones and allows you to use the space in a way that could never be imagined with not only any other venue but any other HOST. Fantastic service atmosphere - I wouldn't go to anyone else! Saroj is highly professional and she made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous for my first ever Brazilian wax. We started with a lovely foot massage, and the wax was over in the matter of minutes with no lingering pain. Saroj and Agnelo are both so lovely and made the entire experience special. I am so lucky to have found this place (and also live so close) so I will continue to keep coming back!
