You’d think for a $480 service that they could at least provide a car wash, as other dealerships do (& Skoda have done in the past)Unfortunately all they care about is pushing service packs, upsells and know little about what they’re offering you.Disappointing, after the sales team sell you a positive experience.

Awesome experience! Joe was an excellent salesman who knew about the knowledge of the cars, knew his area and treated us to a fantastic deal. Well worth visiting for buying a car.

After an initial hiccup when the vehicle was first ordered due to a change in staffing, I am more than happy with the service provided by the Sales team at Eastside Skoda during a difficult time thanks to Covid restrictions. Special thanks go to Rob Little for his service and ease to deal with. Thanks to Alberto Aurisano for a most comprehensive handover. After buying numerous new cars, this is the first time that a car has been delivered with a full tank of fuel... without having to negotiate... not a major thing, but a very pleasant surprise. I now look forward to a long association with the guys at Eastside Skoda who will be looking after my Kodiaq Sportline.

I ordered new rear tyres with my service but they weren't in when I got my car serviced. Let me drive away without telling me my tyres were unsafe.

I've always had great service at Richmond Skoda particularly with Quinton and Breanna over the last couple of years. They've taken care of me very well and I'd highly recommend them for Skoda servicing and warranty claims.

Another dealership that has a serious attitude problem. Not keen in having business, and sales staff treating walk-in customers as wasting their time. Everybody in the shop (the rare minimum skelton number to keep it open) looks like they prefer to sit there, doing nothing but playing with their computers or just chatting on mobile phones with friends.No wonder why they have so many unsold brand new cars sitting in the yard doing sun baking.Similar experience when I bought a very popular and good brand under this dealership 15 years ago (and they have now lost the right to sell that brand. You can guess why.) They won't learn to improve.

Buy your Skoda from another dealer. It has been 119 days and counting and the Service Team has not fixed the AC system on my Kodiaq. The lack of communication, empathy and basic customer support is not aligned with the Skoda brand.I can understand manufacturing and supply chain issues. I can't understand why I have to chase your team to get an update and an ETA for a repair.And when the Service team tells you to call Skoda Australia Headquarters for further assistance and gives you a number for a Call Centre in the Philippines that in their own words, has no way to communicate with Head Office" - it is unacceptable. The call centre literally put me on hold to call the Essendon Skoda Service department only to return and say that they can't help me because the dealer needs to authorize the request.I imagine that Skoda will respond to this with an apology and some commentary about "how they value customer feedback." The reality is when you can't fix my car in 4 months and can't be bothered to provide an update or basic customer support
