Hanging Tree Wines
We stumbled across Hanging Tree Wines one day and decided to start up a membership straight away. They have so many great wines, the estate is stunning, and the staff super friendly.It is a beautiful family friendly venue that we will definitely be popping into every time we are in the Hunter.I would highly recommend going here!!!

NC Persian Restaurant & Bar
We were very impressed with the unique Persian flavours of the meals. A definite place to go to for the very best in a dining experience of Persian food..The owner and staff were very accommodating and ensured that our dining experience was exceptional. We had lunch here and because the food was exceptionally good, we went back for dinner. Highly recommended.

An absolute must! The wines are amazing and the cheese board pairing was a lovely inclusion. The grounds are really breathtaking and the dogs were really cute too. Definitely worth visiting!

Nice place to eat dinner. A barbecue, picnic shelter and small toilet block. Very extensive sandflats which are great to walk over at low tide.

We arrived later in the evening near closing.Staff and service: 5/5.They were friendly and welcoming.Food: 3/5The ramen was salty, not typical Japanese ramen but expected for a Korean take on ramen. Sushi rice was a little tough instead of fluffy and salmon was tough to chew. I did appreciate the warm miso soup.The price was $36 for two meals matches the quality received. Good for a low budget dinner.

Bribie Island, Surf Beach, Dog Section
Fantastic unspoiled beach. Pity a few owners do not control their dogs on the majority do. Busy after school and at end of working day but even then there us lots of beach. Watch out for sneaky Council Rangers.

The Gables
Really nice view out over the bay looking back to Utangan pier. HB council has done well developing its access to bayside rest and dining areas with awesome views out over the ocean. Well done.
