....BUYER BEWARE...my advise to you is steer clear of budget direct or any of there auto and general brands.insurer of the year not by far! All the negative reviews on here are true as the same thing is happening to me right now.i have a car that was repaired poorly and now stillfighting with the insurance company for the remainder of the repairs due to the accident.They will atempt to say they were preexisting to get out of covering such damage.my accident happened in April and is still ongoing.i have been with them for a number of years but you never realise how good your insurance company is until you make a claim (none in 25 years of driving)the public should be aware of the disgraceful practices that are encouraged at budget direct.I have learnt a valuable lesson not just to get the cheapest insurance and also to review them before hand....which is my advise to you....

I cannot fault this dealership for their sales and service.Sales staff were attentive to our questions and allowed an unescorted test ride the Speed Triple 1200 RS.No being a previous fan of Triumph I was very impressed with the bike and the bikes style, finish and ability, so impressed in fact I brought one!!Just for the record, the bike is an animal!!

Scott from Hyundai was very helpful over the last three months in helping hide the fact that I was buying a new car for my wife. He went out of his way in the press and came in on an off day to do the hand over, so I could hide the car before her birthday on a weekend. Thankyou Scott for all your help.

Trying to make a car insurance claim after an accident was difficult. It took me three days to put through the claim as the website kept failing to an error page. I tried over the phone and one person hung up on me and the other was rude and wouldn't listen to me about what I wanted to do.

You guys are awesome! I could not have bought my perfect car without you! I would like to praise “Romanie Thomas” she has gone absolutely above and beyond to assist me even after hours or on her days off and doing everything she can just so everything goes smoothly. She is such a trustworthy and hardworking individual and I would really love it if she receives the praise she deserves from the company itself.
