This is a must go-to place if ur holidaying in bargara. There is always something for everyone: clothes, bags, accessories, earrings, shoes, home decorations, etc. The staff are really nice and always serve their customers with a smile. The clothes here are also really pretty. Highly recommend!

Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.Cons:- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.- My patience is wasted.- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.- Giving you false hope.Pros:- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

I purchased a strapless bra from Brava Highpoint and not even after 2 hours of wear, the bra was completely creased mid cup and unwearable.I have message customer support many times now and they had only responded once to ask if I had followed the correct care, which I responded “yes” to, and no there has been no response for over three weeks, after me following up numerous times.You would think when you spend two hours in store for a fitting and then purchase a $100.00 bra, that it would not have these issues, after just two hours of wear.It’s appalling that the customer care team know that it is not of a fault of mine, that they now have chosen to ignore my many MANY emails.Very disappointing!

They charge an additional $10 if you choose to pay cash for monthly tuition. Is that even legal?

I used to love this city beach but when I left after buying some clothes today, the buzzers at the entrance went off which I totally understand because these things always happen. But this time a staff member (asian ethnicity, big long lashes, was on the men’s level on April 10th Sunday 8:00pm) strutted up to us scowling and snatched my shopping right off my hands, making me seem like a thief and without even looking at me or acknowledging the fact that their buzzer already went off once before we got there so maybe we weren’t the problem there or at least tell me what was happening before taking my shopping bags off me. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and told me to “Stay there. No. Don’t move.” “Go.” Excuse me? I am your customer, not your dog. Is this seriously how staff members are trained? This is my first time writing a review after many visits with different experiences with staff members and I have let it go every single time because I thought they still might be in training but my experience today has been the worst one yet. I hope I will never see this staff member ever again until someone can teach her basic manners and how to smile. I understand there are technical difficulties and some people may not be having the best day but this girl does not know how to politely communicate with customers. Awful customer service.
