Great place for family’s to holiday, camping take your dirt bike or even explore the mountains with your 4x4 only 3 1/2 hours from the central coast.

An absolutely amazing place to stay. We only stayed for one night, but I wish it was longer because we had such a great time. The views are spectacular, the yurt and facilities are clean and the owners are lovely. There has clearly been a lot of love put into making the Yurt Alpine Retreat as unique and comfortable as it is. We will definitely be back.

Serenity is definitely not in short supply here. Plenty of lovely flat camping sites ready for van or tent, with basic facilities provided. The toilets are camping units, but are clean and serviceable, while the outdoor shower is a real treat. Recycling and general waste bins are provided, paper products can also go in the fire pot.Speaking of fire pots, there are a bunch of them scattered around the main camping area with wood provided. Even on a rainy night like we had, the wood fire was great.The communal area has plenty of seating and a barbecue and even a spot to drop off unwanted non perishable food items.Fees are reasonable at $10 per person, per night. Kids under 13 free. Power available to the site's near the sheds at an additional $10 per night.Definitely on the map for our next lap.

Fantastic environment. Mark is absolutely amazing with my girls. And his helpers were awesome. Great place and the horses...sigh..are so beautiful...definitely recommended.

Such a beautiful place with wonderful hosts and the place to be on a Saturday afternoon with exceptional entertainment… the best place ever for a family picnic or gathering around a fire pit with great food and good music!
