Very rude and unfriendly I assume owner or manager. She was not helpful or nice. Young man Nathan however very nice seemed embarrassed by way I was treated. Won't be shopping there and would not recommend based on this one experience. I'll stick to pet barn lismore always friendly and helpful

Outstanding service and care. Quick to get an appointment, they were on time. The vet was super friendly and caring, explained everything in great detail. The clinic submitted my insurance claim for me. And the follow up was awesome, even got a call asking how my dog was going a few days later. Just amazing, can't recommend enough!

The Chatswood Cat Palace
For over a decade Dr Kim and her team have continually provided excellent care for my cats. Dr Kim is up to date with the latest in Veterinary care practices and has extensive knowledge in feline health. Both my cats love the day spa treatments, their fur is fresh and clean. Even though i have moved to the Inner West of Sydney, i still transport my beloved cats to Dr Kim, because my cats deserve nothing but the best.

Doghouse Daycare and Grooming
Friendly and well trained staff here, they really care for your dog. My dog is full of energy, but often gets a bit of separation anxiety when I leave, and they do their best to make him feel comfortable and happy. Their groomers are also excellent at what they do, and can handle the fluffiest dogs with ease!

Friendly but i had an accident there after shopping where I painfully hit the concrete after stumbling on an uneven rubber mat surface - still haven't heard from the company - its like they think that is not important and my injury doesnt matter even though i am a very regular customer at the Dural store

Scott is an absolutely fantastic dog groomer. He is always on time, does a fantastic job and listens to what you want for your dog. He has a wonderful manner with our two dogs - neither have been big fans of being washed or groomed in the past but they are incredibly well behaved and looked after with Scott. Having had our dogs groomed by 4 or 5 people in the past - Scott is by far the best.Highly recommended

The staff is very friendly and listen to your requests, they almost always have availability on weekends. The price is not the cheapest but definitely fair. What I like the most is that I can see my dog while they are grooming her, as opposed to other places where they take dogs to a closed room at the back and you don't know what they are doing, here it's in front of everyone so definitely nothing to hide.
