Still being forced to pay the full fee for pool membership, but access to the 50m pool has been severely limited. Thanks to the closure of the rec pool over summer, the number of people using the 50m pool has increased and closures due to school carnivals on during the day has meant more people using the pool in the evening. Added to this, outside of office-hours the 50m pool is often in 25m mode and limited lanes are available to the public - not very practical most people! Very disappointed in the Arena's lack of communication and information when the problem will be fixed. When I asked if there was a possibility for a discounted rate (for the severely limited access) in light of the indefinite closures I was told my only option was to cancel my membership altogether.

We love going here for all sorts of events we recently went for the United Cup Tennis, Kendrick Lamar concert and hoping to see Dave Chapelle too. It's always been a great atmosphere; decent seating views and food options are always great. Public transport is the biggest plus and that the transport back home is free due events in the city.

Went here for the PBR to watch the bull riders, very clean and new stylish building, plenty of room, seats were working, staff were friendly. Plenty of security for the just incase circumstances.

It's an OK place for any event but the problem is that it's so very small compared to others in Australia and this is the Adelaide Entertainment centre. The seats demote another star as they are clumped together to try fit more people in this already small place. The prices, just like other event places are ridiculous as expected. This place would make a killing on all the overpriced beer, food and souvenirs.

Can honestly say this venue was gross.We attend dragon fire boxing on Friday night and the venue was not up to scratch to be hosting that many people.Upon entry the venue staff couldn’t even direct ticket holders correctly and waved us through with no direction. Spent 10 minutes asking security and bar staff how to find out seats only to be told no one had a clue. Walked back to the entrance to be faced with attitude and rudeness from the lady who then showed us on a map how to find out seats.The toilets were missing seats, holes in the wall for flush buttons but no buttons.Not to mention the had male and female signs on all toilets so they became unisex toilets! Couldn’t even take the ice out of my drink the venue had told bar staff to fill cups 2/3 with ice and not negotiable.Considering our tickets cost us $120 each then $75 on 3 drinks you should have a venue worth the money your taking from people. Grossest and most unorganised venue I’ve ever attended.

Great day out at the car show and rock and roll music every year

Attended the markets here, great atmosphere and layout. Lots of crafty choices and food vans were great. Big shout out to OMG donuts you guys make the best donuts!
