After a really atrocious incident with Toyota Scarborough Beach, we walked away from Toyota for 40 years. Toyota Broome, however has given me reasons to reconsider Toyota customer service. Craig went beyond in his customer care for us.

Jacqui and team relocated our family across the globe during the current COVID pandemic. She managed to get us a fantastic house in a really tight Perth housing market and helped set up the house so we were able to come out of quarantine into a beautiful home.Couldn't be happier with the service.

A pretty ordinary and budget type local paper. Very basically written. It's really odd that it only comes out 3 times a week and the next day's edition comes out the day before. Definately not worth $2.00 for a newspaper. I think this paper and the local news on MIX FM with Phil Homes is terribly boring. Phil Homes is monotoned and I have to switch radio stations to something a bit more half decent which can actually provide interesting local, state and international news.

I have no idea how Broome Toyota are still operating, very poor service for a global company.Waited 9 weeks for our car, called twice a week just to get an update even had to do some calling for them to get warranty sorted to have our bushings doneBut we just needed the CV Foots done and it was just over 1 week the part came. towards the end we were told we needed CV shafts replaced, we were fed up and just wanted our car so we said we'll get it done another time, turned up to pick our car up and we were charged for the CV Shafts, I asked to put a complaint in and i had to talk to the manager,I expressed that we didn't like that we had the CV shaft fitted and we didn't consent to having it done and how unorganised they were, it taking so long, he said what do you want us to do take it off. And we said we didn't have the car for 9 weeks we don't want to wait any longer. We ended up paying for it. Emma was really nice about it but Ryan was a total toolWill never use Broome Toyota again
