Great gym, constantly updated.Extra shout out to the girl working this evening - took a lot of time out of a busy shift to help me find a pair of shoes to buy that I'd be happy with. :)

For a first experience at bouldering, I was most pleasantly surprised at the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the gym. What I loved most was the few dogs wondering around in the gym. The instructors were really pleasant and patient, taking you through the introductory video and then the practice climb. Will come back again!

Good place to visit with young kids. Very spacious for all climbers. Good challenge for young kids to climb here. Young staffs are very friendly and helpful for first timers.It has nice desks in the middle for family to sit and enjoy.Loved to be there.Recommended.

Been coming to Beta semi regularly for about a year and a half and can’t speak highly enough about the place.The staff are awesome, there’s great variety in the climbs both in terms of difficulty and climbing style, plus I managed to get my Lead Climbing Ticket really easily with Kurt a while back.Great place to climb for anyone!

My husband and I had a great and exciting afternoon, abseiling down Kangaroo Point cliffs with Manny and Sydney. They were very good and patient explaining all the safety involved and making sure we were safe at all times. We have already been recommending the experience to family and friends. Thank you ladies!

This is the best climbing gym with full height walls in Perth.They offer top rope, lead, self belay and bouldering. Good mix of beginner to advanced routes - which brings in regulars as well as parties and people just trying it out. Helpful staff, good introduction and they run variety of courses and team trainings. I like that routes are set in interesting ways and the walls are engineered in various profiles.

I've been a member of Portside boulders since it opened, and love the vibe of climbing there! The boulder problems are varied (although definitely largely in the modern and comp style, with a preference for powerful moves over slab or techy stuff) and change frequently. The atmosphere is great, and a real community has been built up around it! My favourite of all the climbing gyms in Perth.

My brother and I joined the Juggler Canyon and Abseiling Adventure with the Blue Mountains Adventure Company and this was undoubtedly one of the most memorable days during our time in Australia. It was action-packed, adrenaline-fuelled and physically challenging, from zip-lining through the canyons and descending down lofty overhangs. If you want to try something totally unique that pushes you outside of your comfort zone, this is one of the most exciting ways to experience the beauty of the Blue Mountains. Thank you Soren and Jerome for being such fantastic guides!

The staff made it easy to start and gave us a fast introduction to rock climing. I could see anyone becoming professional rock climers starting here!
