Excellent Training Provider! The courses they offer are in depth and have a lot of content and the Trainers are very experienced and helpful!

We had locks installed back in June 18 and recently had a couple of minor problems with the doors locking. Not an installation problem or lock fault but Ken came out on two occasions and has now fixed the issue. It is refreshing to find a company that will make a call out and offer assistance and not want payment even though it was offered.Kudos to Ken and Titan Locksmiths for the service.I would recommend them to anyone.

Ken did a fantastic job on the locks at our new house. Replaced all house locks and rekeyed so everything opens with one key (amazing!) and even went as far as fixing up one of our doors that was jarring! He was polite and professional (very easy to deal with), on time and did such a great job! I highly recommend Titan Locksmiths and will be using them in future for all window locks! Thanks team!

Excellent service, Tony came to install a socket in our babies room and make the room child friendly and safe. He was very responsive on emails and texts and turned up early. A genuine nice guy who really knows his stuff. Wonderful service and great value, I would recommend him to anyone professional service 10 out of 10.

Do not use this business. I took my coffee machine for repair, paid $123 for them to take at it then $183 to fix the fault. Took the machine home and the original fault remained so back we go. They call and said oh it’s a different problem that will be another $121 to look and $350 to fix the original fault. We questioned why we should pay again when they didn’t fix it the first time. Pauline was rude and abrupt and not helpful at all. I will never recommend this business to anyone and they deserve zero stars !!!

What a pleasure it was dealing with Ken and the team at Titan.Ken was very time efficient, professional by offering the best advice (which saved us money) and did a great job!To say I highly recommend Titan locksmiths and access security is an understatement. I would not go anywhere else!

Ken is fantastic, I had a very bad experience with another company which left myself and my family feeling very unsafe and unprotected. One phone call to ken and within the hour we once again had a front door that locked and we felt safe again. He was very professional, friendly and kind. Thank you ken, I would highly recommend ken and his work.

Purchased a Sofirn SP36-BLF R90 light and mount off Brendan. Great service and wow what a light! Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Bought an openrun pro headphone. But the size was too large for me. Went back to the store to swap and they refused saying covid reason. I havent even used it. And they refer me to the shokz but when i email them, shokz said they got nothing to do as i bought it from the retailer. What a shame.store sayd comoany and the sompany says retailer. Cant even use it properly coz of the size. Be carful while u purchase it on this store. Once you take it out of store, you will be responsbile for it whether u will be able to use it or not.no swap or exchange. Really bad experience.
