The office was closed.There is an info booth and some walks that we skipped because it was raining.Added a star for the tables.

My case worker was not available when I unexpectedly showed up at the commission ..however the lady who came to help me was wonderful,she assured me that we would have an outcome ..and it a huge mental relief to get a positive outcome.Thanks Robyn

I have had the best experience with this organisation. My accident as a pedestrian was in December 2020. They have been supportive and respectful. My case officer Roger has kept me informed and has returned my calls and answered my queries promptly. My settlement was fair. I felt safe and always felt supported by them. Thank you to the insurance commission of WA.

I share this as a STRONG ADVICE to protect your venture and navigate the sometimes-stormy waters of business.Change your business structure to a COMPANY. This particular department has NO AUTHORITY over businesses registered as companies. Guard your interests, stay informed, and SHIELD YOUR BUSINESS. As a part of the entrepreneurial community, it is our collective responsibility to support one another and resist inappropriate bureaucratic conduct.The department under discussion has recently displayed an unsettling lack of professional integrity in their interactions with various small businesses. Their modus operandi, marked by intimidation and racial profiling, is deeply disturbing. Their conduct could be a looming threat for other businesses as well.

Moving to Farrell Flat, Make a phone call to the Council to ask if its ok to cut down some dead trees in front of the property to expose the Station Masters Cottage we purchased. Were very friendly and advised there were no issues to go ahead. Moments later I get a call from the council saying that they will come over and cut the trees down and stack the wood for us to use.By far the best customer service from any council I have ever encountered. Eager to help make a small gem in a wonderful community shine. Cant thank you enough!!

Can we have minus ratings please. Then an accurate rating could be awarded! When you need help, theirs’ is distinctly lacking. When you seek direction, they provide misdirection. If you need communication, they fail, ignore or generally procrastinate in providing any answers. If you want to be treated like a decent human being, they will dehumanise. You are treated so abysmally by people who have no interest of helping claimants. They make life as difficult as possible in the hope that you will withdraw any claims.And thanks for the computer generated reply for my motor insurance claim ... BTW it wasn’t for a motor claim.And as a footnote, thanks for being so uncooperative in failing to send the relevant information to Medicare reclaims. The malevolence which exists in this organisation is truly, truly sad to behold

Absolutely useless. Rates were sent to the wrong address and i have since been charged interest as a result, even though they were notified (twice) of a change of address on settlement of the property. No interest in resolving the matter when contacted either.

A friend and I enjoyed a weekend along the great ocean road, however we experienced the worst and most unfriendly service from a local officer in Apollo Bay. We got a 152 Dollar parking fine for quickly pulling over along the main road. The grumpy officer gave us the fine straight away and absolutely did not consider that we are tourists (we were only checking for the way). In such a high touristic area, I expect the officers to be more considerate and friendly. I am very disappointed and would highly recommend to just drive pass Apollo Bay and enjoy some time in other places along the great ocean road!

Apollo Bay Seafood Festival was an absolute disgrace I heard so many people complaining they advertised it to be running three days most people said it only ran on Saturday so do all those poor people that turned up on a Sunday expecting the festival was severely disappointed there are people that travel all the way down Melbourne and booked accommodation The Apollo Bay Council should be ashamed of itself
