The National Anzac Centre is the home of the Anzac Legend. With the First and Second convoys to WWI converging in Albany's King George Sound, and Albany the home of Australia's first ANZAC Day Dawn Service, there is no better place to commemorate the the people who lived and served.

National Vietnam Veterans Museum
Whilst visiting Phillip Island the museum sign attracted our attention. This is a must visit for all to see & understand the importance of those who served our country in the Vietnam war. There's so much to see with a great interaction video to explain all about what happened.

Australian National Surfing Museum
We loved it. It's a small museum but full of history. I really recommend going and spending a couple of hours watching all the surf boards, surf suites, etc reading the history behind each item.

Love this place with always something interesting to see. You have to check the times they are open though as that could catch you out, but times are easy to find. It’s a pity more people don’t know about it, very easy to just lose an hour or so having a look at all the old stuff and how it all works.

Australian National Surfing Museum
Stopped in on a weekend away. I was really impressed with the items in the collection and didn't realise surfing was such an old craft. I learned a lot about the history of surfing, the evolution of the boards and the technology that goes into making a great board. We spent about 1.5 hours in the museum but there us a 90 minute feature film that shows in the theatre, so allow more time if you want to watch the whole thing.

Highly recommend this place,You'll relive the past, you'll learn a lot, you'll fall even more in love with history and vehicles.Went with my children and my dad, not only was it a lovely drive up, once we got to the museum we were greeted by such a happy sweet young lady. She explained all we needed to know, was amazingly kind to our kids, and showed so much love to my boy with disabilities.Highly recommend coming and spending hours having fun. It'll entertain everyone in the family. The gift shop is extremely affordable and the gifts are unique and exciting. Please visit and see for your self. I know we will deffinetly be back!

Wagga Wagga Art Gallery - National Art Glass Gallery
A wonderful display of beautiful glass art pieces. The sleek bright building is the perfect setting. I loved the different techniques used and the variety in styles.Of the 800 art pieces in the collection, about 200 are displayed at a time. The exhibition changes every 3 months or so. I will definitely come back in Feb or March to visit again.
