If BUSWAYS run the govt buses at ryde the same way they run the buses on the CENTRAL COAST GOD HELP THE PASSENGERS THEY SHOULD TAKE A LEAF FROM THE RED BUS COMPANY A FAMILY COMPANY ON THE CENTRAL COAST FOR 8I YEARS.

My bus was cancelled and there was no notice or information posted.With services only running every half hour. That is an absolute joke. Management need to put more effort in because this is not good enough.

The 675 bus is constantly late. This morning the bus arrived more than 20 mins late and got me to my destination 2hrs late. Also some days the bus’ location isn’t shown on the bus apps which either means the bus is super early which means I miss the bus or I am super late

It is a shame that the company is being privatised I Heard that Busway’s have won the contact and they run things too tight and the drivers will be able to keep up with the way they run. I feel sad for the workers bus drivers and all the people affected

The drivers provide world-class, frequent and reliable services across the Sydney metropolitan area. Also they are friendly, kind, respectful, discipline and honest in their work. The best thing about these drivers is they care about the safety of their customers and the drivers are friendly to talk to and most importantly they are helpful when you are in need.On a personal note I see myself driving for State Transit Authority as a Bus Operator at Ryde Depot.I want to thank the drivers for providing me a world-class service and a comfortable journey as a State Transit commuter, I really appreciate that the team puts in week in-week out.Keep it up the excellent and quality service.

The worst service provided by this buses. Never ontime. Cancellation bunching overcrowded. What not.

This depo needs to control there drivers ASAP I was travelling down Victoria Road at 9:49 pm in the bus lane about to turn left onto side street on Victoria Road I had a bus approach at a high rate of speed hit my Mirrow and continued on without stopping. I pulled up outside the bus depot on Buffalo Road and had the bus almost rear end me, The driver then proceeded to get out of the bus and come towards my vehicle.he was Swearing and carrying on telling me to get out of the car wanting to fight me, The driver as he approached my vehicle spat on my windscreen and side window that was halfway closed , this is no way a government driver should be carrying on in public let alone drive on our roads The bus number plate was 2825-ST he reached the depot at 9:53 pm On 3rd of May 2021 The drivers appearance was 5 foot eight chubby with a goatee not dark With grey throughout If there are cameras in the driveway of the bus depot it should have all been recorded and the bus driver should be fired on the spot as I Video footage from two dash cams Recording the whole time.
