I could i would give them zero star.i. on the appointment letter, they say that they will be calling me any time from 9 -5pm. But they never called when they should.ii. one time they did call, i wasnt available to answer the phone. I received a txt msg saying tat i need to call back by 3pm. which i did, however i was told that my pyt has been suspended b coz i didnt call them back by 3pm.iii. I was advised some1 is gonna call me back, of koz no one ever did. so I waited till 4.50pm, b coz no one called me back, I called them again. Their call centre employee was outstanding rude. and he call me been rude. and rung up on me.

This place is OK they used to be pretty slack. Now they're not so bad. Been with them for a while but they helped me do a certain amount of driving hours for free and I got a free short course out of them. They are putting more effort into finding the jobs that interest you. They've done alright so far but they could do better. 3 stars.
