I would never recommend this place. A hairdressers job is to listen to the client before lopping all their hair off. AND if you get it wrong....apologize and try to empathize. Don't just cast your mistake aside and carry on as it it is nothing.If I could give a negative review I would. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and that includes cheap $10 cuts at Forest Hill.I clearly told the hairdresser that my son wants to maintain his fringe at nose length. Without confirming or checking with myself or my son, she cut all of it off. 8 inches of hair grown over 5 years just gone, with no double checking with anyone. When I told her that I clearly asked to keep the front length to the nose. (6 inches) all she said was oh I didn't hear that." and that was it. On to the next customer whilst my son was sitting there in tears. No effort to console him or address his concerns. Didn't even tell him it looks good.PS Not charging me for the trauma is not customer service - I would prefer to pay for the service

I love Rose and Di. I’ve been going here for the past 17yrs. I love it. I get pampered and I get to catch up with their news of their families. They do great cuts and colour and ALWAYS listen to what I need. I’m always welcome and have few laughs. Very professional. Once on a cold day Rose gave me a cup of homemade soup while waiting. They don’t deserve 5 stars because they deserve 10 gold stars. Keep up the good work gals

Uses wax and sews hair with synthetic hair instead of properly crocheting to secure with little knots. Hair unravels within days and owners solution is to wrap more synthetic hair and apply wax. Seriously outdated for a reason. This ruins locks making them waterproof. Stops them from being cleaned. Product build up occurs. We get smelly dreads and mould when unable to dry or clean due to wax. Disgusting. Cannot remove these either. Avoid like this place like the plague.

First time getting dread's and Mel did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what i asled for. I love them! There has been a couple dread's fall out due to length of original hair, but without hesitation Mel sort's me out quickly! Would 100% recommend her!
