I am very disappointed to learn that the meat department will be closing soon. Vac sealed meat will soon be the new normal. I hope not too many people lose their jobs when it happens.

Had a horrible experience today with a particular lady in Woolies. She not only refused to bill my items but also started making faces at me. I politely complained to the manager, who was actually taunting me and my lil child who was not well instead of taking any action.Woolies- pls spend sometime to improve your staffs behaviour and learn customer service from Coles!!

A good size Woolworths store at Tweed City shopping centre.Plenty of space between the isles and reasonably clean and tidy.One negative thing store is trolley for refilling shelves are found in many isles which is a rare thing other Woolworths store.Tweed city has parking for customers.

Amazing customer service. Meals are absolutely delicious and great serving sizes as well. So good that they are open later than most.

Lining up for 20 minutes is unacceptable. Only one manned checkout besides the front counter.I don't want to scan my own items to then be challenged to show my receipt.The lack of service is appalling.

A chocolate item ( Dolfin Chocolate dark chocolate with Earth Grey )was advertised for $2.75 at the Cherrybrook branch of Woolworths. I put 5 bars into my trolley. My sister had two bars. We were sharing a trolley.When my sister scanned the item, the price was $7 (full price)The attendant was called & she reversed the two bars to the sale price, but refused to do anymore than that. So we left, with two bars, instead of 7We find this most unacceptable, as the items were already in our trolley & the wrong price was advertised. Shouldn’t Woolworths honour the price advertised on their shelves?These chocolates were advertised as “clearance items”There is something not right with your policy & we feel ripped off or you have totally misrepresented yourselves. Surely your good name is now badly tarnished in our opinions. Extremely disappointed. By the way, your sales attendants were rather rude. One is called Sadie. The other disappeared really quickly

The food here is absolutely delicious and consistently made with the freshest ingredients! The owners are also lovely!They also are kind enough to cater to your needs. I always get the Poke Bowl, but I don't like salmon, so they substitute it to tuna for me.

Does what any Woolworths does and does the same.Unless you shop between 3-5pm, then prepare to have your shopping experience violated by one of those tragic businesses who set up kiosks out the front of actual successful businesses so they can harass as you come and leave trying to peer pressure you into signing up to something or buying a ticket.

Fresh and delicious food. Fantastic, friendly service too. All 7 of us enjoyed our meals, thank you.
