These guys are the best. They are professional and really helped me out with a wheel bearing issue. I would have given 6 star rating of I could. Great work guys.

Had these guys attend for a faulty dishwasher in early December 2022. Was told part would take 2 days to arrive. Never heard back until I was told they were closed until 9th January 2023. Again never contacted to organise repair. When an appointment was made, they would not give a time and when I finally had a window of time had to take time off work to ensure I would be here. Never showed up having to reschedule time to following week. Advised day before part had been lost and had to be reordered. It's now been another week and still no set time scheduled for the repair. Very poor customer service for a job that should've taken less than a week to complete.

Yes!!! I THOUGHT they were very very ,helpful I only talk to them on the phone but they gave me the right information !!! And gave me phone numbers to a man at inverrell that had the parts I needed to fix my bulldozer..Thank u ! CQ Dozer Servive !! QLD

Visited a while back for a service and to check on my brakes. Customer service wise, Rob and Heidi were outstanding. Lovely attitudes and helpful advice. Although I was charged $400 for a basic service and they didn't elaborate on the brakes. The handbrake was tightened so much that a few weeks later it snapped (pretty easily) and I had to rush to get a new one before my trip on the Spirit. They also recommended new sway bar links although when I took it to another mechanic they said they looked fine. I don't know but people wise, perfect. Cost and service wise, questionable.

My parents are getting older and instead of Dad removing and cleaning our pump for a septic pit, they thought they would try this service. They came, viewed the pump and charged $500 plus travel. I must mention, the gentlemen I met were very nice and polite. BUT Make you sure get a quote before engaging. When questioning the bill, my mum was told other tradies we had at the property (when discussing comparable pricing) “mustn’t have been very good at their jobs”

Phoned about an extra long tv cable, arrived on closing time. He waited for me. Great service, made to order, sensible pricing. ty I would use these guys again.

They treat you like family all along and I really appreciate all the explanations and recommendations given to me before and during the repair.If you are looking for a trustworthy and genuine mechanic who won’t rip you off, Autocraft is the place you need to go.

I was quoted $800 to fit brakes to my trailer and when I finally collected it and went to pay it had magically become $1000. I should have asked for a written quote. Was also over-promised on completion date (5 days) and when I came in to pick it up it wasn't ready. No phone call and I had to chase them for completion.
