Sauna club

I just wanted to share the positive customer service experience I had at float lab Wembley. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant, and am unfortunately a very anxious pregnant lady so therefore after a short period into my float I had to end my session as it wasn’t for me at this point of time but will definitely be returning once I am in a better space personally. I had an incredible experience with the staff who handled my circumstance with such patience and care I will be coming back and couldn’t recommended the lab high enough to those who are considering going for a float. Although it wasn’t for me at this point of time, I’d like to sincerely thank Jo and her team for creating such an understanding and calm environment which I will certainly be returning to when the time is right and will be recommending them to everyone!

Float Lab Wembley, definitely recommend! Staff is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable. I've used infrared sauna now a few times, and I feel so great and relaxed after. Infrared sauna has so many benefits to the whole body. Thank you, I will be coming back.

I was there last Wednesday with my friend (2 for 25 dollars). Staff asked from us 45 dollars. We had to remind to him about the offer. I mean how is this possible? Very bad start. I would say the sauna looks and is dirty. I think the Most cleanest and crowded sauna is 357.

I’ve been coming to City Cave branches for a year or so now but I’ve never had a better experience than the one I had today. I had a sauna, float and massage as a special self-care day and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Thank you so much to Nikki, Chloe and Camille for making my experience so warm and positive. I will definitely return.

Lovely staff and very professional. Float was awesome and enjoyed the massage. The sauna was not really my thing, had to turn it down as started feeling unwell.

I went to City Cave Strathpine for the first time this week, and cannot recommend highly enough. A warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the float therapy was just what I needed. Thank you to the team for creating such a welcome space. Look forward to coming back again.

Although I didn't succeed with the full floating experience (water was too hot for me), the place is clean and very relaxing. They refunded me on the spot, and my wife will enjoy it on my behalf.Their floating pool seems to be bigger than the other water tanks I saw on other spa's photos. May be a really good experience...I hope some day I can cope with such hot water and really enjoy this kind of experience. In the meanwhile I will certainly look for a place where I can have colder water and enjoy the experience. ;)

I love visiting City Cave Keperra, the team are so friendly and helpful, everything is spotless and the space is just divine to relax in. I highly recommend the sauna and then the float.

I booked a massage for 8pm - can confirm it’s an amazing time to be pampered and zen!I had Liz and she was amazing - good pressure and release my tight shoulders.The whole experience was 10/10!

The management and staff at Float and Restore have worked extremely hard to create a plush day spa like feel in what is essentially an industrial unit! The lounge area is very comfortable and the staff were very attentive. I had a massage first and I've got to say it was the best ever. After a short wait in the lounge I went in for my float, where I was shown the pod and everything was explained fully. Everything is taken care of, from providing body wash and shampoo to towels and fluffy robes! Highly recommended experience and I hope I have the opportunity to try it again
