This business is a joke. Don't bother.Important to know. If they don't deliver on the promised date... they will NOT REFUND the whole amount. Then tell you it's your fault it wasn't delivered.

Plus Gas have provided me with excellent service until mid 2022 when that service declined markedly. Delivery was not made on the date booked, no phone call came to inform me of this, and lame excuses were made regarding why. This is an appalling way to run a business and a great way to lose customers.

Literally the most trash company. Can not wait to change companies! So unreliable. Every time we order gas for a certain day, it never shows. No courtesy call to say it won't come, then we wait days for next delivery day and it's the same thing. Lady on the phone always says no

Told wrong advice, getting a smell of gas from our bottle after installation. Told nothing they can do, to go through a gas fitter. The gas plumber comes out and states the leak was from installation and not tighten correctly. Spent $195, plusgas takes no responsibility and in return asked if we had proof of the leak. The proof was the plumber. Seriously lack of duty of care, no safety, no standard, no service.

The team at Smalls are brilliant. Quick to assess, quote and get the job done. Our job was a bit tricky in terms of access, but they had the equipment and people to mobilise right away, while others were still working out if they could even do the job or straight up said too hard. Jason was great in explaining what was going on technically but in lay terms; and the office team, especially Jamie, coordinated seamlessly with the guys in the field. Super happy with them from start to finish and highly recommend their services.

Couldn’t deliver a gas bottle with 7 days notice and 2 failed days of promised deliveries. Had the courtesy to ring me at 3pm on a Friday to let me know the driver didn’t even have a bottle on the truck for me that day even though we’d been waiting all week. The customer service from these guys is about as good as their delivery promises.

Adam was really helpful in explaining the process for power connections, their services and who to use on the other aspects of electrical work that they don't directly provide to customers.This team impressed me with their professional attitude and informative approach to providing a superior service.In my books these professionals are really worth taking the time to contact and use.

From the first phone call to smalls power poles I spoke with Janene she kept me informed through out the whole process went above and beyond with helping me with my power hook up Brad came out to site and went through the best way to run power in my property and was navigating through trees and ups and downs in land profile Jason and the crew came done the whole job in less then half a day I was so happy with the professionalism in the whole smalls team great work Janene Brad and Jason

This is an absolute joke of a company. Most useless company you can ever deal with. We haven’t had LPG since Tuesday and we called to get bottles when we were told it’ll be there Thursday/Friday. Called 3 times on Friday with no beneficial response saying they’re not sure if they’ll make it then saying it’ll definitely be there on Friday afternoon. Now they’re saying they won’t make it till Monday. Absolutely useless and incompetent staff that are in no way professional.
