Dr Ooii is the most lovely and patient Doctor/Surgeon. He books me in for sinus surgeries, when necessary, promptly and I've never had any post surgery pain!

My Granddaughter had a tonsil reduction operation by Dr Ooii at Flinders Private. Prior to her having it done my daughter did so much research into this procedure and read up on so many qualified doctors. We are so happy Dr Ooii did the operation we were so worried prior but my granddaughter didnt suffer at all Thankyou Dr Ooi your are very gifted in your profession.In a couple weeks my son will be having a nose operation by Dr Ooi im very confident all will go well.

I had an appointment with Sandy and she was so kind accommodating. She explained everything that she was doing in detail, was gentle and patient. My ears feel so much better and it was a really pleasant and fast experience!

I came to Dr Dan Robinson seeking help with breathing through my nose due to my cleft palate. I advised him I had had previous surgeries to my nose, the latest being two years prior. This surgery was a cosmetic procedure and I didn’t want the look changed, I was unhappy with one aspect of the shape but wasn’t willing to ruin the look altogether with another surgery. I was advised by Dr Robinson that the look of the nose would not change and I would be able to breathe a lot better.Unfortunately, all outcomes from this surgery have been a complete failure. I have been left with one overly large nostril that drips with no feeling in it at all and one tiny nostril that I can’t breathe out of (worse than prior to surgery) it is so small in fact that I can’t even clear any build up when I have a cold or flu as it won’t fit a pinky. A big bulb on the end of my nose that’s is uneven. This has had a huge impact on my confidence as it has completely changed the shape and look of my face. After 30+ years trying to not look like I have a cleft by surgeries and procedures I’m back to square one. Although when I told him I was unhappy he replied with I think it looks better.I was advised by Dr Robinson in hospital the day after my surgery that my nose was an internal mess and he would not enter it again due to potential collapse so any option of rectification was off the table in the first 24 hours. Basically, hey your nose was harder than I thought and I’ve done what I can but I won’t be going back in. I then had to be admitted two weeks post op and put on antibiotics for an infection. I’ve spoken to numerous surgeons here and internationally about fixing this and am waiting to hear back as to if it is even possible. If I am left with this botched nose I will be doing everything in my power to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. STAY CLEAR

I underwent a septorhinoplasty with Dr Dan Robinson in September 2021. I was very particular with choosing my surgeon, so after researching for the most qualified surgeon for this procedure in Queensland I am so happy with my decision. Functionally and cosmetically i am very pleased with the results. Dr Dan is very easy going, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

This clinic has a very rude receptionist that is not willing to be patient and help the client. I wonder why people that don’t like people take this kind of job. I got stressed before having my consultation I can’t even imagine how it would be after. No, tks!

I underwent a rhinoplasty, septoplasty and turbinoplasty on the 14th of February 2022. My consultation with Dr. Imani was straightforward and informative, and I felt assured I would get the cosmetic and surgical results I was after. I am over 12 months post operation, and I am so overjoyed with the results, my new nose suits my face and still looks natural, there is no scarring and I have gained so much confidence. Dr. Imani did an incredible job, and I highly recommend him to everyone.

The lady with the blonde / grey straight hair is very rude! She asked a couple what medical centre they go too and when this receptionist tried to call them and they didn’t answer she was very rude about it “I don’t have time to sit on the phone all day.” No name badges were worn.I was called the day before my appointment to confirm, I then got a further 2 calls in the space of 10 minutes confirming again, I explained I’ve already confirmed? I then got a text to confirm.Quite rude, I’m not impressed.Tried charging $1 for masks but yet the receptionists don’t wear them!

Very happy with the treatment I received here and at the Pindara Day Procedure Unit with Dr Robinson. Pre/intra/post op - would recommend ++
