Brett and the managers provided excellent service. I was unsure about purchasing a vehicle from Barossa as I don’t live in the area, however they were accommodating and made the process / after sale requirements seemless.Also very happy with the CRV.

I highly recommend. They did a service and fixed the cutting deck level which I damaged it after hitting a fence post. It cuts the grass perfectly in fact better than when it was new

Wasn't real fused work the new unfriendly team. I felt as though I wasn't being listened to. I want be going back to get my Honda serviced there again.

I dont understand why it's so hard to contact the service centre. Over the last 20 years of coming here, the last 4 years has been off putting. 1.5 years waiting for a part and still no contact from them. The last time I called they said they would contact me. Trying to book a service no confirmation or understanding if they have received a service request. Call and no answer. Where is the service? This is a perfect reason to not buy a new Honda. I miss the good old days when they were actually great.

Sent My XR80 motor to get reconditioned. Finally got it back after 2 years and $800 over the original quote. Dissatisfied to say the least.

Purchased a New car from Southside Honda and found the Sales team were fantastic and we were really looking forward to taking delivery.Upon delivery some of the additions weren't available so we scheduled another time to go back for these, but unfortunately thats were it all went down hill.1st time we had the tints and presumed other accessories fitted, but the great pre delivery team damaged the accessories and they couldn't be applied. Told not to open the windows for 3 days for the tint to dry, but upon opening the front window found the tint had folded. Additionally the drip marks and scratches were all over the window switches. and Honda will not rectify this.2nd Visit , Tint rectified and accessories were finally fitted, however Honda refused to fix the internal scratches there window detailer had caused.Vehicle was meant to have been washed, but was dirtier than left with additional scratches to the external passenger door.Word of advice, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The Delivery team/After Sales are a rule to themselves, Don't care about your new $50k car.The Honda is great but I would buy elsewhere
