Doctors are clueless. Didnt want to give me a script for regular medication without coming to do a full examination. Even after stating family doctor recently did full blood count his response was ' well get your script from there' do not trust these guys with your health. DR Vallipuram Thayaparan IS RUDE AND VERY ARROGANT. Save yourself stress when your most vulnerable and do not attend this centre.REPLY Your response isn't part of the legislation or rules for telehealth. Especially for regular medication being prescribed.

Me and my daughters go to this clinic because we love Dr Mar Mar, she is just so lovely, compassionate and thorough.Only downfall is Dr Mar only works during the day which makes it hard to get in to see her.I had to see Dr Suzette twice recently, she was so rude, very dismissive, no understanding or empathy.Both times she was like this and she can't even smile. She definitely makes you feel uncomfortable which is very disappointing.

Dr Kenneth Egru is the most incompetent Dr I have come across. Zero bedside manner, disregards everything you say and a completely wrong diagnosis. He did not know how to match symptoms correctly so if you want a correct diagnosis and to not end up in ED because of his incompetence then stay clear.

Excellence is the the world that I can use to describe our family doctor - Azhar Rakhmetova is our doctor for almost 20yrs.We have been following wherever she goes and no matter where.Great professional with empathy and extremely care.The clinic staff members are absolutely friendly with an incredible and lovely nurse that is always willing to help out our needs.I highly recommend.

Dr James Haslam is a fantastic, attentive skin specialist and doctor who not only has attention to detail but goes the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met in the consultation.He is a incredible addition to an amazing doctors surgery in Byron bay. Highly recommend !!

I have attended North Beach Medical for over 5 years now and continue to do so despite my having moved away from from the North Beach area, Dr Storer is easily amongst the best doctors I have ever had to date, one of the things that stands out for me is his being very informative and always happy to explain the details of treatment I receive, also he discusses treatment options rather than just telling me what is going to be done is another thing that puts him ahead of other doctors I've had in the past, all the staff at North Beach Medical are friendly and respectful people in my experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering getting treatment there

Tried to book a physical doctors appointment but could not due to symptoms (I don’t have covid). I was then told I wasn’t eligible for a Telehealth appointment as I hadn’t been to the practice for 12 months. This is the only doctor I’ve been to for the past 15 years so booking with another clinic was not that simple. My only option was to clog up the hospital system for some basic medication. No wonder the hospitals are so overwhelmed right now!

Amazing dental experience . Highly recommend to anyone in the are who is looking for exceptional dental service . Dr Shabbir and his entire team is simple the best . Starting with reception…everyone is so friendly and attentive. Very modern facility using the very best technology to do the magic whatever is your dental need. Dr Bianca was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know before my procedure. She was so gentle and patient that I forgot that I am at the dental place. It felt more like a spa treatment . Definitely coming back.

I used Hotdoc to make a booking but on arrival was informed I had actually made a booking with their flu clinic by mistake. Staff were happy to ask the doctor if he would stay later to see me which he did. Really thankful for the great service.
