Soccer store

If you are looking for bike related advice or servicing best to go elsewhere. Servicing is costly and pretty average, have had major parts ($200 or more) replaced without being contacted or asked if I wish to go ahead. Poor advice and knowledge in anything mountain bike related. Honestly just come here for a laugh now. Nice road frames tho

Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.Cons:- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.- My patience is wasted.- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.- Giving you false hope.Pros:- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

The coaches are always professional in their approach, knowledgeable and get the best out of the kids.The coaches not only teach the skills required to play at a high level, but also tactical awareness and how to play within the spirit of the game.It’s a fantastic academy which my son is excited about attending every session.

These guys need all the business they can get after the collossal losses from Lismore floods.

Our boys attended many academies and FSA is by far the BEST academy in Canberra!!! Our younger son refused to play soccer until he started playing with FSA two years ago. From the first training with Danny he is enjoying it and never complain to go. Our older son says, “Eric is the best coach” :)Both, Eric and Danny, are so amazing working with kids in all age groups. They have highly professional, but at the same time very friendly approach, that makes our kids very happy and enjoying every session with them.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! ⚽️

Customer service is excellent. Could of got wat i needed at another store i went to but there customer service was lacking to say the least. Staff here are excellent.

Poor online experience. At purchase stated they had the jersey and size in but it was not in stock. No confirmation after order or update. I had to chase this up to find out they didn't have it in stock. At no stage did they advise this until I followed up. I have no idea why they took the order when there was no stock. No updates. Initially happy to wait but no update about stock. Again I have to follow up every time. Almost 3 months no updates without me following up. Requested refund and no response. I did misquote an order number but they had my purchase email address and name. In any case I corrected the order number immediately and again no response to request for a refund. I hope I get my money back

Basically no help provided. The sales associate watched as we did the laces, checked for size etc. They said they had no sizes and we found a bunch of the right size in 1 min. Have had good service at other rebel stores but no staff motivation at Macquarie rebel.
