I used to love parcel locker and had used this service many types in other suburbs.But the Claremont branch is the most horrible so far. Inconsistent service, some days I could collect on behalf of family who lives in same household with proof of documents, some days I was rejected. It depends on who you get and wasted my long trips many times.The last one was I never received the notification to collect, and nor did I get any reminder. The item is now returned to sender but Australia post website has not status update since a month ago.Just horrible and inconvenient process.

Absolutely horrible customer service! just appalling!I was served several times by the dark haired short lady who has an attitude towards me, or perhaps toward others as well. I read a review just now that said the same thing! I don't understand WHY, they keep people like that in positions that require the opposite behavior and personal traits that this lady presents. Also the other lady there is unfriendly! I have witnessed time and again, rude customer service people in most of the shops/stores in Claremont Quarter! Unfortunately. This is bad! really shortsighted of theses stores...! I haven't gone back to this post office since and to other stores/shops for a while now!! i have taken my business elsewhere!

Apparently I’m not the only one who rarely receives their parcel eventhough someone’s at home. Somehow they only deliver the small parcel. When it’s bigger than your mail box, they just leave a card pretending there’s no one at home.It really annoys me because I’m always at home and I didn’t even hear the bell ringing or door knock! Paid express post and still had to drive myself 20min to this DC instead of local PO!!I complained all the times to Australia Post it just doesn’t seem to change. Well, now they provide photo of the card in front of the house when the postie ‘attempted to deliver’, but still doesn’t show if they really attempted to ring the bell or knock or just leave a card to make it quick.
