A wonderful place to shop. Dianna, Jenestra, Gabe, Luka, Miller, Kathy, Chrissy and Kerri are lovely; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Family business that has been supporting Murwillumbah for over 20 years.The shop has a great selection of organic fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices, pantry and cold food staples. It is also well stocked with alternative organic options to meet your bathroom, kitchen and laundry needs.I am a regular visitor at Fresh Wholefoods, I visit it every week; if not twice a week, it is my 'Go-to first before I go anywhere else.What really impressed me last Saturday, I arrived at the shop thinking it was still opened at 1:30 pm; it was closed, but the girls were still tidying up, they saw me at the door and Dianna let me in to purchase a few items. Now that is what I call supporting your community.Do yourself, your health and the health of your family a favour and make Fresh Wholefoods a part of your weekly shop.

Great selection of product! Organic fresh produce was definitely a hightlight - far better than other companies I have tried. I will be shopping again - thanks guys :)

The service, communication and delivery has been outstanding!I have been looking for a particular liqueur and each time I emailed Will, he would give me approximate dates of arrival due to supply chain craziness at the moment! Always friendly, always helpful, and always available!I placed my order immediately when the item arrived and received my goods the next day!Great service, great a products! Good food. Well presented. Need more healthy choices! Coffee was average. Lovely staff. When they had over charged they contacted the manager sbd it was rectified.Great country service!

Can't say enough about Donna's outlet. We are locals but even as a visitor you can grab supplies you may find difficult to source elsewhere.Many different lines of stock available with great service.Go the big boy eggs as well...they are the best you will try...ever!!Congrats to Donna for a job well done and much success into the future...

Today myself and my girlfriends had done the mystery picnic and our first stop was surf coast whole foods. The food was so fresh and delicious. You all worked very hard to get the shop open due to the power outage, well done to all. I will apologise on be half of the absolute rude old lady that had spoken to your staff like dirt. Again thank you for working so hard to get our picnic ready!

Horrible customer service from the blonde junior staff at the checkout this evening around 6pm. Didn’t even say hello or smile, ignored me when I said hello, and when I asked for a receipt she again ignored me and started serving the next customer until I repeated myself twice and she couldn’t even apologise. I would be fired from my customer service role if I ever treated a customer this poorly with such an attitude.

I ordered a $50 box of organic fruit and veg today for the first time and it was such short notice I honestly thought it would come next Tuesday not today, so I popped into a Grocery store and bought a few items I would need during the week until then. I spent $51 in store at Northbridge Plaza fruit shop But check out the picture for comparison. (Note the store bought was not even organic)I am so appreciative of your prompt delivery, I love everything in the box, it all looks of excellent quality and your hand written note and chocolate as a welcome gift was such a lovely touch. You've got a customer for life. Im really really grateful I found you.
