The reception staff are amazing. They were so helpful in getting all the details all I had to do was drop off and pick up. Would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone who needed a service on their Delonghi Coffee machine. Wish that all service people were this easy to deal with. 10 Stars ladies.

Customer service the best I've ever experienced!I use Ronita for a regular coffee bean order and it always comes on time. And it's great coffee. Recently I ordered some different one-off beans to try. Yaron picked up on it and noticed I had my regular order coming in a few days, called me straight away to check I hadn't made a mistake, bundled the two together to save postage and had it sent out so it was delivered to my door the same evening!! The phone call was sometime mid day or afternoon. That is literally the fastest shipping I've ever experienced. Amazing service.

WMF1100S is an excellent machine and everyone in the office is extremely happy with it. If you want something very easy to use that still makes great coffee, I can't recommend it enough. Mark and the other staff at My Coffee Shop have been extremely friendly and helpful. Installation was smooth, orders for supplies filled promptly.

The service today was friendly. However I felt taken advantage of today with the upselling. I picked some coffee up for my wife, not knowing what she usually spends. Baby in arms, laden with groceries I was in a hurry. It was suggested I get some of the other capsules they had available and they all happened to be the limited and most expensive ones. When I got home my wife informed me that is double what she usually spends. Guys please keep the customer informed if you are going to upsell the living hell out of everyone who comes into the store. We’re all on a tight budget these days.

A great hidden gem of a cafe and bean roastery. Their selection of packaged coffee beans is vast and unique. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal and they are very friendly. When you buy coffee beans, they give you a free drink of your choice and in the same size as your bag of beans. For example if I bought a large bag of beans, I can order a free large drink of my choice but if i ordered a small bag of beans, i get a free small drink of my choice, etc.They also offer to grind the coffee down for your individual needs and based on what espresso machine/ coffee machine you use to brew your coffee. Splendid experience and we went back for more beans later that week. Overall bought about 10 kgs of beans from these guys. Super satisfied with the different flavours they offer and the selection of foreign beans. But thwir customer service was one of the best I've come across.

I am a devoted long black drinker and a good one is hard to find. A friend of mine recommended Totemic Trading Company as they have a selection of home coffee machines and specialty coffee capsules.I was immediately impressed with Totemic’s knowledge and professionalism and bought a Morning Coffee Machine so I could get cafe-quality coffee at home.They even curated a selection of speciality coffee capsules based on my tastes and preferences and now I enjoy going back to try new blends from coffee roasters all over the world.So happy with my purchase and coffee!

Avoid shopping here. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I was purchasing on behalf of a non-for-profit and government school. After purchasing the equipment that was recommended by the owner, we found it was not suitable for our use. When I enquired about a replacement the owner agreed to refund some of our order (as they didn't have suitable replacement equipment). However, upon returning the items, the owner refused a refund and told me to just sell them myself to get our money back. The owner was abrupt, rude and so intimidating that it made me uncomfortable being in his presence alone, so I had to leave the shop. When I tried to contact head office to speak to someone who I could have a professional, rational conversation with, there was no one. Instead, the owner rang my mobile, yelled at me and told me he wouldn't refund any items (even the ones he previously agreed to refund) then hung up on me, without even giving me a chance to speak. I was very shaken. The owner still has my money and all the items. I was always courteous and never raised my voice when dealing with the owner, so I found his treatment unprovoked, irrational and very unprofessional.
